Confirmation of Reservation

We will confirm receipt of your application by e-mail within a day or two.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 days of submitting your reservation form or email, it may be because the form was not submitted properly or the email address you entered was incorrect. (+62 81246 172525 or +62 81138 007711)又はメールinfo@dekom.meにて再度お問い合わせください.
※If you are making a last minute reservation, such as the day before the event, please call us instead of sending an e-mail.
※Please be aware that if you use a cell phone e-mail address, you may not receive an e-mail from us (overseas) in many cases.

Reservation Day

On the day of your reservation, our staff will meet you at the lobby of your hotel.
Payment is to be made on the first day of school at the site.
We accept payment via credit card.

If you cancel the lesson for any reason, such as illness or any other reason, the following cancellation fees will apply.
● Cancellation fee will not be charged until 17:00(Bali time) 2 days before the lesson.
● 50% from 17:00 2 days before lesson to 17:00 the day before lesson.
● 100% after 17:00 the day before the lesson
Please note that we may ask you to change the schedule if the school is not available due to weather or ocean conditions.
