Insurance coverage
Dekom Bali Surf's lesson fee includes accident insurance for all customers (6 to 65 years old), so you can enjoy surfing with peace of mind.
*Please be sure to bring a photocopy of your passport (photo page)

Payment Policy
Payment is required on the first day of school.
Basically, please pay in Indonesian Rupiah.
Payment by credit card is also accepted.
Cancellation Fees
If a lesson is cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to illness, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Course and schedule change
● No charge until 17:00 (Bali time) two days before the lesson.● From 17:00 2 days before the lesson to 17:00 the day before the lesson: 50%
● After 17:00 the day before the lesson: 100%.
*Please note that we may ask you to change the schedule if the weather or ocean conditions make it impossible to hold the school.

About how to handle photos during the lesson
Photos and videos of customers taken during the lesson may be posted on Dekom Surf's SNS account. If it is not available, please inform Dekom staff at the time of application.

Dekom Surf's surf guides are local top surfers in Bali who are fluent in Japanese. We guide you to the best surf point of the day according to your request with “safety and security” as our first priority. Also, we aim to improve your skills with one-point advice in the ocean. This is our proud service for first time surfers and those who have enjoyed surfing at the world famous surf points in Bali.

The Dekom Surf School office is located on the 1st floor of Truntum Kuta (formerly Inna Kuta Beach Hotel).
It is conveniently located 30 seconds walk from Kuta Beach, where lessons are held.
